When I first decided to go back to school as a non-traditional student, I was scared. I was scared that I wouldn't be accepted and that I would fail. It was a chance I had to take. When all was said and done, I had a wonderful experience that changed my life. The professors are helpful, and put my fears at ease in the first week of school. I went on to be a UW-Marathon County (UWMC) Ambassador and graduated with a business degree using the Business Collaborative degree program through the UWSP. I am now manager at a local Pool and Spa store, and I couldn't have done it without the friendly faculty from the Dean, right down to the kitchen staff at UWMC. My message to anyone considering going back to school is: The only regrets you'll ever have are the chances you don't take!" Take a chance to improve on your life, and through UWMC, you will. I tapped in. Will you?
