Going to UW-Marathon County was the best choice I could have made for my first two years of college. Not only could you seek help from professors, it was always encouraged. I made numerous connections with professors and staff, which I still maintain today and they have, without question, helped shape me in my career. The classes were rigorous and more than prepared me for upper-level classes after transferring. Staying in the dorms across the street provided that typical college experience and built friendships that will last a lifetime. On top of all that, Wausau is a beautiful city!
